Arthur Letts' residence called "Holmby House," located in the block bounded by Vermont Ave., Franklin Ave., Los Feliz Boulevard and Laughlin Park. The estate included expansive plant collections, some of which ended up at the Huntington Gardens in San Marino after his death. Edson Smith Photo Collection no. 2934.
